Sweet and sour sauce

Peekoni ja tomatiga juustusupp.

100g juustu (mina kasutasin Valio Fortet, aga ma arvan, et võib suhteliselt suvalist juustu kasutada, kuigi pole ise proovinud)
1 suurem sibul
2-3 küüslaugu küünt
2 pakki peekonit
250g tükeldatud kooritud tomateid
200ml piima
600-700ml puljongit (kangus omal valikul)
vajaduse järgi kastme paksendajat, või tärklist
Purustatud chilli pipart ja soola maitse järgi.

Soojenda potis (võis või margariinis) tükeldatud sibul, küüslauk ja peekon + pipra pulber, kuni peekonist enamus rasv väljas. Lisa puljong ja tomatid, lase segu podisema ning lisa piim. Peale seda puista paksandajat potti, niikaua kuni supp on natukene paksemaks läinud. Seejärel sega juurde peenikeseks riivitud juust ja kui tarvis, siis maitse järgi soola. Supp valmis!

Binge Drinking

Binge drinking is the modern definition of drinking alcoholic beverages with the primary intention of becoming intoxicated by heavy consumption of alcohol over a short period of time.
